These Constituent Organisations contribute half of the Deputies of our Plenum with the other half elected directly by the community, ensuring both representative and democratic participation.
The Plenum, as outlined in the Constitution, is convened at least six times a year. It is the deliberative body that sets the organisation’s policy direction and addresses key community issues and interests.
Deputies are akin to corporate shareholders - they receive notices, attend and may speak at all Plenums, vote on policy motions and for the election of directors, and are granted access to financial reports and statements.
